Data controller

Personal data processed

• Identity and contact data — e-mail address, name
• Visual data — photos you upload for virtual try-on, generated try-on results, garment and search images, optional profile photo
• Technical data — IP address, device information, session identifiers, usage and error logs

Processing purposes

• Providing virtual try-on, wardrobe and discovery features
• Account and credit management
• Security, system integrity and abuse prevention
• Performance improvement and error analysis

Legal grounds (KVKK Art. 5)

• Performance of a contract — delivering the features you request
• Legitimate interest — security, abuse prevention, error analysis
• Explicit consent — processing of your uploaded photos and international transfers, where required

International transfers

To operate the service we use providers of AI image generation, cloud hosting / storage, database, authentication and push notification services whose servers may be located abroad. Transfers take place with appropriate safeguards and, where required by KVKK, your explicit consent.

Retention

Images linked to your account are kept for as long as your account is active or until you delete them. The photo you upload for a try-on is processed only to generate the result and is not kept as a permanent copy. Technical logs are retained for the limited periods required by law or legitimate interest.

Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You may request information about whether your data is processed, request access, correction or deletion, object to processing, and claim damages for unlawful processing. Applications can be sent to fyndapp2026@gmail.com and are answered within the statutory period. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Important notes

• Please upload only images you own or are authorized to use.
• Minors should use features that involve personal data with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Updates

This notice, along with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, may be updated periodically. Changes become effective upon publication.
