1. Parties and definitions

These Terms govern the relationship between users and the FYND website, mobile applications and services operated by the FYND partnership (Onat Eroz, Ali Omer Cetinkaya).

2. Scope of service

FYND provides digital product presentation and virtual try-on functionality. Outputs are approximate simulations and do not constitute any guarantee of fit, appearance, or suitability.

3. Nature of try-on and liability

Results may vary by device, camera quality, lighting, and model limitations.
No medical, cosmetic, or commercial guarantee is provided.
Use of the service is at your own risk.

4. User-uploaded content

By uploading content, you confirm you have lawful rights and permission to use that content, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. Non-consensual or abusive use of other people's images is prohibited.

5. Intellectual property

The website, software, and virtual try-on infrastructure belong to FYND. Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or commercial reuse is prohibited.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Turkish law. Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Enforcement Offices have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

Updates

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and KVKK / GDPR Notice, may be updated periodically. Changes become effective upon publication.
