1. Scope

This Privacy Policy covers the FYND website (fynd-fashion.com) and the FYND mobile application. We process personal data in line with applicable law, including the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and EU GDPR principles. The data controller is the FYND partnership — see our KVKK / GDPR Disclosure Notice for details.

2. Data we collect

• Account data — e-mail address, name, optional profile photo and styling preferences
• Images — photos you upload for virtual try-on, garment images you add to your wardrobe, generated try-on results, and images you submit for visual search
• Community content — looks you explicitly choose to share to the Discover feed
• Technical data — IP address, device and browser information, usage and error logs; cookies on the website
• Push notification token, if you enable notifications

3. How we handle your images

• The photo you upload for a try-on is processed only to generate your result; it is not kept as a permanent copy on our servers.
• Generated try-on results and the garment images you save are stored linked to your account so you can access them in the app. They are kept until you delete them or delete your account.
• Content is shown to other users only if you explicitly share it to the community feed.
• Images are sent to our AI provider solely to generate your result.

4. Processing purposes

• Providing virtual try-on, wardrobe and discovery features
• Account and credit management
• Ensuring security, system integrity and preventing abuse
• Performance improvement and error analysis

5. Service providers and international transfers

To operate FYND we use service providers in the following categories: AI image generation, cloud hosting / CDN / storage, database, authentication, and push notifications. Their servers may be located abroad; where required by law, transfers take place with appropriate safeguards and your explicit consent.

6. Retention

• Images linked to your account are kept for as long as your account is active, or until you delete them.
• When you delete your account, personal data linked to it is deleted or made inaccessible.
• Technical logs are retained for the limited periods required by law or legitimate interest.

7. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you have rights to access, correction, deletion, objection and data portability. You can delete individual items or your entire account directly in the app, or contact us at fyndapp2026@gmail.com.
